EFQM Model
The holistic view of your company
In order to identify weaknesses and potentials in a company, a keen eye is needed by management on the quality of its own performances. The EFQM Model is an ideal basis for self-assessments, designed to identify strengths and potentials. You also succeed in expanding existing management systems while developing new ones. The model considers all the institutions involved in the business: people, processes and results. Each pillar is incorporated into a continual improvement process.
This is accomplished by the EFQM Model in your company
Based on the insights of strengths, weaknesses and improvement potentials within the company management obtained by the EFQM strategy, it is possible to develop a new corporate strategy. The benefits for companies are easy to see:
- Development of companies own competitiveness and fitness for the future
- Creation of benefits to customers
- Consistent results
- Strengthening of each individual employee
- Promotion of creativity and innovation
- Active change management
- Management style oriented to visions, inspirations and integrity
The heart of the EFQM Models: The RADAR logic
One part of the EFQM Model is the so-called RADAR logic. This consists of the elements Results, Approach, Deployment as well as Assessment and Refinement. These elements are arranged in a circle and can be run through again whenever required. The aim here is first to define the results, which should be achieved as a result of the new corporate strategy. Then a practical procedure is developed for the purpose of attaining these results. The individual steps are systematically implemented and finally evaluated and improved.
